Our fresh black truffles are grown in the Granite Belt, Queensland and harvested during the winter truffle season.

Known for their rich earthy aroma and flavour, black truffles are perfect shaved over pasta, risotto, steak, pizza, mashed potato or any dish that could use something a little special.

Each truffle is individually selected and sold fresh. As every truffle is unique, size and shape will vary.
